Greetings, friends!

As it is Friday, the most glorious day of the week and the end to the work week, I would like to celebrate with all of you by sharing some of my FAVORITE things.

Flicks- Kick Ass

Aaron Johnnson (Savages), Christopher Mintz-Plasse (MCLOVIN) Chloe Grace Moretz (Laggies, Hugo) and Nicolas Cage (National Treasure trilogy *snort*) star in this black comedy about a guy, who has no superhuman abilities whatsoever, attempting to fight crime as the hero named Kick Ass.

Look, I really can’t make this movie sound as good as it ended up being by trying to vaguely describe the plot without giving too much away.

Its kind of like a much less intense Quentin Tarantino movie. That is some high praise coming from me. Just watch it, because its a total kick in the pants. ~in a good way~

Tunes- Bubble Toes by Jack Johnson

This song is called freakin’ BUBBLE TOES, okay?! SO GOOD. Its like a roller coaster, but you’re happy to be on it. Starts out slow and groovy, then picks up and gets all islander/Ukelele/indie/la da dada da DAH.

You’ll see.

Eats- Restaurant Style Salsa

Um, okay. So… This salsa is my own recipe. Is that allowed??

I don’t know, but all I can say is this salsa has gotten me through some pretty dark times. When I didn’t know what to eat, this salsa was there. When my chips were too plain, this salsa was there. When my quesadilla threatened to fall apart, this salsa was there.
