I find myself spending A LOT of time looking for good recipes online.
Of course this is usually during those crunch times when I am already hungry and in need of a little smackerel of something that won’t make me feel the guilt of a thousand calories.
I don’t know what made me more happy; how finger-licking (or should I say finGARLICking” *ba dum dum CHING*) good it was, or the fact that I actually found a recipe on Pinterest that was as quick and simple as it claimed to be.
We served it over some buttery pasta (can’t be too healthy now) and ate it right quick.
